Our Pastors
Reverend John Balluff
Senior
Pastor Father John Balluff joined the St. Mary's family in Spring of 2009.
He has served as a priest for 21 years, including 11 years in the
rural part of our diocese, and ten years as associate in Elmhurst and
Naperville. He was also blessed to spend two years studying in Rome.
Before the seminary, he was a student at the University of Nebraska, where
he studied architecture like his father and grandfather before him.
Reverend Felipe Legaretta
Parochial
Vicar Father
Felipe Legaretta joined the St. Mary's family in May of 2008.
He is currently working toward completing his doctoral degree in
Sacred Scripture and the Pauline Epistles at Loyola University,
where he also teaches undergraduate courses in Theology.
Before coming to St. Mary's, Father Felipe served as Associate
Pastor at St. Isidore Church and Elementary School in Bloomingdale.
